2.2 Books must be published on Amazon to be eligible for our anonymous and honest review collection service. ARCs are accepted.

2.3 We have the right to remove users from any program or service for any reason and without notice, at our sole discretion, without refund.

2.4 By using our Services, you consent to having your email address and other personal information collected as described in our Privacy Policy.

2.5 All reviews must comply with Amazon Community guidelines and other applicable platform guidelines.

2.6 Certain features and tools, including but not limited to the Author Journal, AI Image Generator, and advanced analytics, may be limited to specific membership tiers. Access to these features is subject to your current subscription status.

3. Content on the Site

3.1 As part of our Services, we allow authors to submit content related to their books, including, but not limited to, book covers, summaries, excerpts, and author journal entries. Because this content is author-submitted, we do not verify ownership, nor do we guarantee the quality or accuracy of the content.

3.2 By using the Services, you grant BookNova a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free license to display content you provide (a "Submission"), which includes without limitation the right for BookNova to publicly display, host, index, and cache your Submission, and to create derivative works for the sole purpose of promoting your book, the Site, and the Services.

3.3 You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Site. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise violates these Terms of Service.

3.4 Please report any violations of copyright to info@booknova.com. We will take down that content immediately with the right confirmations by your side.

4. Anonymous and Honest Review Collection Service

4.1 BookNova provides an anonymous and honest review collection service which subsequently increases your book's reach universally throughout the internet.

4.2 We do not guarantee the quantity, quality, or timing of reviews received through our service.

4.3 Reviews obtained through our service must be honest and unbiased. Attempting to manipulate or influence reviews is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account.

4.4 BookNova is not responsible for reviews being removed by Amazon or other platforms for any reason.

5. Affiliate Program

5.1 Participation in the BookNova Affiliate Program is subject to these Terms of Service and any additional terms specific to the Affiliate Program.

5.2 We reserve the right to approve or deny any application to the Affiliate Program at our sole discretion.

5.3 Affiliate commissions are paid according to the schedule and methods described on the Affiliate Program page. We reserve the right to modify commission rates and payment methods at any time.

5.4 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding disclosure of affiliate relationships and marketing communications.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 BookNova offers various subscription tiers with different features and benefits. Current pricing and features are available on our Pricing page.

6.2 Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase.

6.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6.4 We reserve the right to change subscription prices and features at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6.5 No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription or for services you did not use.

7. Links to Third Party Websites

7.1 This Site contains links to other websites that are created and maintained by third parties, including Amazon, social media platforms, and other sites. These third parties are solely responsible for the content contained within their respective sites. In addition, we make no guarantee, implied or explicit, to the quantity or quality of reviews or comments supplied by our anonymous and honest review collection service, nor are reviews or comments curated or censored. You agree that BookNova is not liable for any damages, whether perceived or actual, that occur as a result of using our Services. We however will try with the best of our capabilities to interrupt any spamming or unnatural activity right away, which may be intentionally harming the reputation of our clients' products (books) on other platforms.

8.6 The tools provided by BookNova, including but not limited to the Author Journal, calculators, and AI Image Generator, are provided for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, predictions, or generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of BookNova or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the content, or use it in any other way for public or commercial purposes without our express written permission.

9.3 The BookNova name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BookNova or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10.2 In the event that any of these terms are found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other term or condition herein.

10.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10.4 These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and BookNova regarding your use of the Site and Services.
